Director of Operations - Franchise
G6 Hospitality is seeking to fill several DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS positions to support our rapidly expanding popluation of franchise owned Motel 6 and Studio 6 properties. These are newly created positions that covers territories across the country, and these hires can reside within any of these terriorties.
The ideal person is an established leader who will help transform vision into reality by providing direction and development to support G6 Hospitality’s massive growth and evolution. The primary focus of the Director of Operations is to ensure and equip property management teams and owner/operators deliver consistent quality and a great guest experience. In addition, they must be able to accomplish company profit goals as well as help our property management and team members be successful in building their capabilities and community network.
The Director of Operations is responsible for providing guidance, support and service of franchise locations by fostering relationships with franchise partners so they are operationally successful.
This is an immediate full-time position.

What You Will Be Doing for Franchise Partners
Post opening support to include property visits throughout the year
Consult on annual business plan with franchise owner to include capital investment plan, pricing strategy, financial and quality performance
What We Are Looking For:
Previous multi-unit experience is HIGHLY preferred
